  • Returns policy?

    If your product is faulty, we do accept returns. Please reach out to us directly with photographs and we can help.

    Damaged or mislabeled items will be replaced free of charge, provided we are contacted within 30 days of the product’s arrival.

  • Failure to Deliver?

    If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by you, it’ll be returned to the default return address.
 We will contact you if we are alerted of this.

    If there’s a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

  • Ordered the wrong size or buyer's remorse?

    Because items are made to order, we can’t bear the refund cost in our current supply chain.

    We’d recommend giving the item away as a gift… and do email us for a discount code if you choose to grab another piece at a different size.

  • Where will my order ship from?

    We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

    Note! Additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders! This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary per country. Please check with your local communities on how it works where you are.

  • Late or unusually long delivery?

    Please contact us directly. We will contact the delivery company as the piece could be lost in transit.

    Other factors could impact delivery, such as childish psychopathic governments arguing loudly with one another. We will do our best to resolve and at worst, replace the item free of charge.
