Psychically Connect Using Point of Awareness

Of course, there are many techniques for intuitive or psychic reading. Point of Awareness is one of the most accessible and effective methods I’ve taught—nearly everyone I've guided has been able to connect through it in some meaningful way.

The Process

1. Choose your intention.
Be clear. What are you seeking or offering in this connection? Healing? Insight? Clarity?

2. Feel, intend, and visualize your point of awareness expanding into the other person’s physical space, energetic field, and heart center.

You don’t need to force it—just gently extend your awareness with a soft focus.

3. Exhale and allow.
Take a breath out and shift into full receptivity. Let your body and mind become passive—open to receiving. You may begin to feel sensations, see images, hear phrases, or simply “know” something.

4. Witness first.
Before interpreting, just observe. Let the impressions come and begin to form a narrative. Interpretation can come later—but presence comes first.
