Invocations : Using Your Word to Cast Energy

Invocations may resemble affirmations, but the key difference lies in intention.

  • Affirmations: Declare what is to train belief.

  • Invocations: Call in specific energy or presence.

Invocations are repeated statements, spoken aloud with focused intention, often daily—morning or night. Their power lies in clarity, repetition, posture, and emotional alignment.

We use invocation to state and call in the energy we wish to embody or receive.

They're most potent when spoken in your native language and confidently embodied.

Postural Preparation

Before invoking, prepare the body as a channel:

  1. Stand or sit upright, spine long, shoulders open, feet rooted.

  2. Relaxed alertness—you're both calm and present.

  3. Your posture reflects and feeds the energy of the invocation. A collapsed or tense posture weakens the signal. Your subconscious is the strongest magician—speak to it with alignment.

Order of Operations

Step 1: Speak the invocation slowly and clearly.

Step 2: Take a deep breath in through the nose.

Step 3: Exhale with a sigh through the mouth, vibrating the back of the throat.

Step 4: Pause for 10–20 seconds. Observe any sensations without judgment.

Step 5: Repeat 1–2 more times, noticing any shifts in energy, emotion, or physical feeling.

Invocation 1: Sovereignty of Energy

"I am not responsible for anyone else’s energy."
"I am the sovereign owner of my energy."
"I own my energy only."

Invocation 2: Wholeness and Support

"I am whole, loved, supported, and protected at all times."

This may surface a blend of emotions—grief, relief, resistance, joy. That’s okay. When conflicting emotions arise, it’s often a sign of healing. Allow the invocation guide you toward the parts of yourself that need attention.

Troubleshooting Invocation Resistance

If a part of the invocation doesn’t sit right or feels false:

  • That’s not failure—it’s a signal.

  • Adjust the wording into something your system can accept.

Progressive Language Examples

For example, in the second invocation, if the word ‘safe’ feels like a no in your body, a progressive alternation would look like:

  • “I am beginning to accept that I am protected.”

  • “I am learning to believe I am supported more each day.”

  • “I am open to being shown that I am safe.”

These allow your nervous system to catch up gradually.
